It is not enough to know that going to McDonald’s is bad for your health. You must also avoid going there.
Knowledge won’t help you unless you apply it.
When it comes to health there is a lot of misinformation out there. It can be hard to know what is healthy and what is not. Especially when you factor in what is healthy for one person may not be healthy for you personally.
However, that doesn’t stop a lot of us from knowingly making bad choices multiple times a day. Then on top of that most of us are eating foods we think are healthy, but in fact, are harming our health.
Even though we are not armed with all the information we need to make the best choice for our health 24/7. We can still use our knowledge of healthy eating by apply it, so we can live the healthiest lives possible.
When we are in good health our quality of life is better. Work is easier to get through. You have energy to enjoy the activities you love to do. Running errands doesn’t seem like such a chore. Life is better when we have good health.
